FOHPS

The purpose of the Friends of Horningsham Primary School (FOHPS) is to help and enrich the children’s lives, community and strengthen the home school and community partnership.

FOHPS aims to widen engagement and involvement so that work is shared, more can be involved in events and this group itself is widened to anyone with links to the school – not just parents and teachers.

• Children can receive a richer education as a result of items bought by the Friends of the School.
• School can generate more funds to support learning – particularly essential with the recent government cuts nationally in schools’ funding.
• Engage the community in social events and opportunities
